Ringwood Counselling - Definition of depression

Depression is a common condition that will affect one in three people at some time in their life. It can be a complicated illness, often with different symptoms and causes.

The first signs of depression can often be changes in eating habits, sleeping patterns and overwhelming feelings of despair.
